Little did we know that these things would be so INCREDIBLY, yes all CAPS, delicious, if not to say addictive, even without the Burger buns, and despite the minor adjustments to make them Detox-fit. So there I made them again, and I have a feeling they are here to stay...

SERIOUSLY VEGGIE VEGETABLE RICE WITH AN ASIAN TWIST
Just finishing a 4-week detox diet. Yes, yes, feeling all cleansed, light, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, but it also meant 28 long days of no meat, no fish, no dairy, no bread, no pasta, no eggs.
